An Outstanding Paper Selection event will be held for these first four volumes of the journal in 2024. All submitted articles will be reviewed by a selection panel appointed by the editorial committee. The top three authors will each be awarded monetary prizes, with the first-place author receiving $300, the second-place author receiving $200, and the third-place author receiving $100. We encourage you to submit your work enthusiastically.
