Dr. Yu-Hsi Yuan earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial Education at National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, in January 2012. Currently, he holds the position of Professor at the Department of Graphic Communications, National Taiwan University of Arts since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Associate Professor at the Department of Labor and Human Resources, Chinese Culture University, Taipei, Taiwan, from August 2020 to August 2023. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Yuan serves as a reviewer/editor for international journals such as International Journal of Management and Organization, SAGE Open, PLOS One, Allied Business Academies, etc. He boasts a substantial publication record, with well over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles to his credit in international journals including, but not limited to, such as Heliyon, SAGE Open, Plos One, Journal of Organizational and End User Computing (JOEUC), Mathematics, and International Journal of Intercultural Relations, etc. His research interests span management science, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, marketing strategy, human resources, labor rights, vocational education, institutional research, and data mining.
